This is my recently completed
Italeri F-18E. I cut away the The flaps and slats to reposition them in
the down and deployed position.

For painting I used my modified
Airbrush using testor paints. The model was given a coat of future
before decaling. Then I gave it a light oil
wash after the Future was dry and after after decaling.
At this point I preshaded the
panel lines with heavily thinned Gunze Acrylic (H342 oil)...slowly
airbrushing until the shade slowly built up to what I wanted.
Then the model was dull coated
with Testors Dull Coat and I was finished.
