This
Viking was a parts kit. Contained one fuselage and wings, then a couple doubles
of minor parts, and missing some others. Lets pretend its all there. I
won't say what's missing if you can't tell.

The Fightertown decals represent the
great CVW-8 Nose art competition of 1990. This was the last model from that
sheet I had to build. The model also uses Steel Beach intake covers as one of
the engines has no fans.
By the time you read
this it will be 30 years since this plane was the first S-3 to drop bombs in
anger during Desert Storm. 30 years.....wow... I remember I was on 24 hours
notice, back then, to ship out to replace troops in Germany if Canadians needed
the help in the sandbox. Never did get to Germany.
