Gabriel Stern gets things started today with his well done 1/72 Roden Gotha G.V.   Gabriel did some detailing and modifications to his Gotha to improve it.  He also includes in-progress photos and detailed description about building this particular model.  

Anthony Cox gets things started today with his 1/32 Tamiya F-4S Phantom VF-301.   Anthony did a conversion to create his F-4S and then added plenty of aftermarket resin and photo etch and some scratchbuilt items for very good results.  His article details the whole process.

Paul Kirsopp is here with his 1/48 Hasagawa F4 Corsair.  Paul finished hi beautiful Corsair in Fleet Air Arm markings.  

Borislav Delov joins us with his  1/72 Amodel Mil Mi-6.  Borislav did some scratchbuilt detailing and did a very good trick for attaching the main rotor that makes the model much easier to transport.  

Attilio Tore is here with his 1/48 Monogram P-47D Razorback.  Attilio rescribed the entire kit and then built his P-47 more or less straight out of  the box.

Espen Eriksen begins today's update with his  1/48 Occidental Harvard.  Espen built this model for his Dad (a retired pilot with the Norweigian Air Force.  He used photo etch and Leading Edge decals to finish off this sentimental gift for his Dad. 

Erik Kidd is here with his  1/32 Roden Fokker Dr.I.   This particular model was built and detailed as a gift for his Mom (who has a strong interest in aviation).  Erik tells all about building and detailing his well done Tri-plane.  Erik used decals from Cutting Edge.    

David Cornett dropped by the ARC Corporate offices with his 1/32 Tamiya F-15J.  David used decals from Twobobs to built this eye catching beauty.  

Alan Lacey joins us with his 1/48 Tamiya Fw-190A3.  This very realistic looking Fw-190 is detailed with photo etch and then weathered his 190 and displayed it on a skillfully completed diorama base.

Bekim Lulaj has been busy building his 1/32 Revell P-51 C.  This P-51 was finished in very well done bare metal finish and weathering.

Eric Bade is here with his 1/72 Tamiya F-4U1A Corsair.  Eric's article goes into very good detail about building his great looking Corsair.  

István Hevesi gets things started today with his big 1/48 Italeri DC-130A Hercules.  István did plenty of extra work on his Herc to make the long nosed version.....with good results.   

Charles "BlackCat" Sickels joins us with his 1/48 Hasegawa A-4E Skyhawk.  Charles did a very effective job on his Skyhawk. 

Andrew George is here with his 1/72 Lee E-2C Hawkeye.  This isn't the best kit, but Andrew still turned it into a fine looking Hawkeye.   

Olivier Pinsolle has dropped by with his 1/48 Aeroclub Meteor NF-11.  This is a vacu-formed kit.....but you'd never know it when you see the photos.  You'll be impressed with the job Olivier did on this one.

Hal Marshman, Sr. joins us with his 1/72 Academy Mustang.  Hal did a bit of scratch building to improve the detail on his attractive looking Mustang. 

Ian Buick is here with his first article on ARC.  This is his 1/72 Academy F-15I Ra`am `Bunker Buster`.  Ian did plenty of scratchbuilding and used detail items from Paragon and Eduard to finish his sharp looking F-15I.

AEX is here with his 1/72 Hasegawa Bf-109G-14.  This heavily weathered 109 is in the markings of the famous ace Erich Hartmann with JG53.  I always enjoy seeing these winter camo schemes.

PS begins today's update with his 1/72 Hasegawa Thunderbolt Mk II.  PS did some paint chipping on his P-47 and then finished in South East Asia markings.  He achieved very good results for his efforts.  

YuanZheng joins us with his 1/48 Tamiya Meteor.  This is a beautifully built model and 12 images are included.  

Pere Lliteras is here with his 1/48 Tamiya A6M5c Zero.   Pere did quite the weathering job on his Zero with plenty of chipped/peeling paint.....he explains his technique in his article.

Stephen L. Cornett has been busy building his 1/32 Trumpeter F-105D.  Stephen used the Blackbox cockpit set and Cutting Edge decals to build his big Thud.  This is quite the model when built with such care.

John Morrey joins us with his  1/48 Italeri RAF Tornado GR4.  John built his Tornado as a Gulf War bird using resin detail parts from Neomega and Paragon.  John details all this in his very well written and helpful article.   Lovely Tornado John. 

Karl W Branson dropped by the ARC Corporate offices with his 1/48 Dynavector Westland Wyvern S4.  This is a vac-u-formed kit and Karl worked on it until he had this stunning model of this somewhat unique aircraft.  It looks very sharp and Karl's article provides piles of info.   

Michel Koster is here with his Three 1/72 F-14's....Hasegawa, Academy, Revell.   Michel tells all about building his three F-14.  It's excellent to see all three of these.

Michael Stanley gets things started today with his 1/48 Accurate Miniatures Grumman F3F-2 from the movie "Dive Bomber".  Michael built a display base and figures to create his diorama.....quite attractive looking. 

Naor Avitbul joins us with his  1/48 Hasegawa F-15D.  It's good to see Noar's Israeli aircraft on ARC.....it's a treat to see his F-15 today.  

Gianni Chirico is from Sicily to begin today's update with his 1/72 Academy Republic P-47D Thunderbolt.  Gianni built his P-47 mostly out of the box.  A fine example of this famous fighter using this very nice model kit.

Dave Poff is here with his 1/72 Revell Tornado Gr.1.  Dave finished his beautifully weathered Tornado in Mig Eater Gulf War markings.  Very nice indeed.   

István Hevesi begins today's update with his 1/48 Revell PBY Catalina.  István built his Catalina in the Black Cat scheme and gave it a full weathering job. 

Calahan has dropped by with his 1/48 Special Hobby XF-85 Goblin.  He has built this challenging kit from Special Hobby and then did an outstanding bare metal finish....and not with out a fair bit of effort.  Glad you stuck with it....the finished model looks very good.  

Gabriel Stern is here with his 1/72 Matchbox Vickers Wellesley.  I must admit I get a chuckle out of reading Gabriel's articles.....he's built a nice model as well.  

Juanjo Dominguez has been busy building his 1/72 Revell EH-101 Merlin Tiger Scheme.  Juanjo airbrushed the Tiger scheme and includes a couple of cockpit photos in his article of his darn fine EH-101.

Dietmar Carstensen joins us today with his 1/72 Academy PBY 5A Black Cat.   Dietmar built his sharp looking PBY mostly out of the box with some minor scratchbuilt details.

AEX has dropped by from the Canary Islands, Spain with a 1/48 Tamiya MiG-15.  AEX did a fine job on this MiG and you'll enjoy the close up photos of the paint scheme and weathering.  

Matthias Simon is here with his 1/72 Airmodel Heinkel He 118 V-1.  This is a resin kit but it does built up to look very nice as you'll see in Matthias article.

Darren McGuinness dropped by the ARC Corporate offices with his 1/32 Revell Spitfire Mk.I.  Darren did an outstanding weathering job on his big spitfire and finished it in RAF markings from 1940.  

Michael Pavlov is here with his 1/72 Revell Su-27KUB conversion.  Michael did quite a bit of work on his conversion and added a resin cockpit as well.  This gave him quite an attractive model of this much loved jet.  

Pablo Girgulsky gets things started today with his 1/48 Academy Mirage III.   Pablo did a fair bit of work on his Mirage III to make it more accurate.

Colin Whitehouse begins today's update in honour of Thailand with his 1/48 Flashback / Eduard Trainer Type 7.  Colin finished this little open cockpit trainer in Thailand markings from Siam Scale.

Gianni Chirico starts today with his 1/72 Italeri Agusta-Bell AB-47 G3.  This is a well detailed model, but Gianni added further detail to his Bell AB-47 and finished it in Italian markings.  Nice one Gianni.  

John Smalbrugge stopped by the ARC Corporate offices with his 1/32 Hasegawa Spitfire Mk Vb.  John finished his Spitfire in RAF markings with a complete diorama base to further show off this fine looking Spitfire. 

Gabriel Stern is here with his 1/72 Special Hobby Sack A-6.  Gabriel stuck with his flying pancake and got it finished.....and good looking as well.  Yet another enjoyable to read article from Gabriel of his latest model.  

Dave Poff joins us with his 1/72 Hasegawa Phantom F-4J.  Dave did an outstanding job weathering his Phantom.....if this was a  1/32 kit this weathering job would be really really good....but in 1/72 this is amazing. 

I have a review of the 1/32 P-36 Hawk Conversion from Cutting Edge Modelworks for the Trumpeter P-40B kit.  This set includes conversion parts to make the 1/32 Trumpeter P-40B into a P-36 Hawk including the Hawk 75 "Long Nose" versions with the R-1830 Twin Wasp engine. 

Max Tollens Jr.  has a review of the 1/32 Academy F/A 18D Hornet.  This kit some intertesting markings and came from luckymodel for $52.99....an ARC Sponsor I might add.   

Dane & Erick Swanberg start today with their Pearl Harbor Diorama.  Unfortunately this great looking diorama wasn't here for the Pearl Harbor update yesterday, but it is a treat to see this forced perspective diorama by this Dad and Son team. 

Kaan Gök joins us today with his 1/48 Hasegawa Mitsubishi F-1.  Kaan did his usual detailing magic on this one.  It's always great to see Kaan's work on ARC.  

Armin Knes is here with his 1/48 Czech Model Yak-15.  This is one very cool looking aircraft built mostly out of the box with a bit of extra detailing by Armin. 

Jojo B Cruz dropped by today with his 1/48 Academy RSAF F-16A.  Jojo did an outstanding job on the paint scheme on his RSAF F-16. 

I have a preview of the 1/48 and 1/32 Misawa F-4EJ Kai  JASDF Pre 50th Anniversary decal sheet from Zotz Decals.  This decal sheet has a big ol' Dragon down both sides of the fuselage and tail art as well.  I'll do a full review on this sheet next week.

Henk Hirs gets things started today with his 1/32 ID Models Grumman S-2A Tracker.  Henk did a huge amount of extra work on this vacuformed beauty.

Stephen Thrum stopped by the ARC Corporate offices with his 1/200 Hasegawa Qantas 777-300. Stephen has quite the story behind the paint scheme on his 777....read his article for the full story.   

Jason Cooper is here with his 1/48 Tamiya Fw-190 D9.  Jason did extra detailing and used excellent modelling skills to turn out a stellar looking Fw-190. 

Stephen Prior has dropped by with his 1/48 Airfix Blackburn Buccaneer S.2B.  Just to finish this kit is a big achievement....but to do a nice job as Stephen did is quite something.

Pongpeera Thiapaiat starts today's special Thailand update with his1/48 Academy Su-27 RTAF.  This Su-27 is done in a custom "what-if" scheme including some very effective natural metal painting.  

Somchai "Blackeyes" Rattanasangsai joins us with his 1/72 Fujimi Spitfire Mk. 14e.  Another beauty from "Blackeyes".  

MR. Apiruk is here with his 1/72 Italeri CH-47 Chinook.  This special Chinook used Siam scale decals....like most of the models in today's update. 

Leelayut Srikrajarng joins us with his 1/48 Academy Spitfire Mk.14 & 1/48 Italeri F-5ASpitfire Mk.14.  This is a great example of the variety of aircraft flown by the Royal Thai Air force.     

Lior Bercu starts today with his 1/72 Hasegawa F-15.  Lior quite enjoyed building this F-15 and the finished model came out looking very good. 

Giuseppe Penna joins us with his "what if" 1/32 Hasegawa P-51D.  Although this P-51 never existed......it looks like it almost could have.  Read his article to see the connection this model has with New York City.   

Alfredo Caffarelli starts today with his 1/48 Hasegawa Folgore.   Alfredo did a pile of scratchbuilding and also added aftermarket parts to get this stunning model.

David Bey is here with his 1/72 Hasegawa F/A-18F Super Hornet in markings for the VFA-41 Black Aces.  David dropped the flaps and weathered his super Hornet with very good results.

Marin Gigi Cristinel gets things started today with his 1/72 Amodel Messerschmitt Bf-109 G2.  Marin built his Bf-109 more or less out of the box with some added weathering and detailing.  

Ion Ion joins us with his 1/72 MPM IAR -80.  This model kit required quite a bit of work to get it more accurate, but Ion persisted and came out with quite a nice model.    

Marin Gigi Cristinel is here with his 1/72 Italeri Ju87 D3 Stuka.  Marcin converted a Ju-87 D5 to a D3 and added weathering and Romanian markings.  Nicely done.

Radu Brinzan is here with his  1/32 Revell Bf109G4.   Radu added resin and photo etched goodies to detail his 109 and the results are excellent....have a close look at the cockpit.  

Andrei Mitu joins us with his 1/72 Heller PZL 23 A/B Karas.  This good looking model was detailed to produce a fine looking model.   

Christian Curec is here with his 1/48 Hasegawa Isamu Sasaki’s Ki-84.   Christian did lots of extra work to his Ki-84 and includes some very interesting WW2 history about this aircraft and the Ace pilot that flew it.....and his B-29 victories.
